About Us

Sacred Woman Collective is pioneering change through wellness retreats and events, a reimagining of yoga retreats into a more holistic experience. The company is at the forefront of a global movement, creating empowering experiences that inspire personal growth and foster a sense of compassion and understanding. Where women feel a deep sense of community and belonging. Thank you for being here.

We believe that by nurturing the spirit of compassion within ourselves and fostering connections based on understanding and empathy, we can create change in the world. We offer weeklong, weekend, one-day, corporate and private retreats where women can embark on a journey of self-discovery, connection, and empowerment, where all walks of life come together in community to support each other. Where we don’t judge or compete, but rather uplift and inspire one another. We believe that women will change the world, but we first have to change how we treat each other.

Through collaborations with leading wellness facilitators throughout the world, we create a harmonious blend of mindful activities on retreat, including women’s circles, Council (an ancient form of communicating where we pass a talking stick), healing modalities such as meditation, breathwork, and soundbaths, as well as workshops, mentorship, and heartfelt community building, the initiative is resonating deeply. It is our hope that this community carries the lessons they learn during our events into their daily lives, spreading kindness and acceptance in their communities.

In 2022, we launched our branch program with various locations throughout the country. Each Sacred Woman Collective branch is run independently by each franchise owner, with a shared commitment of empowering women. Sacred Woman Collective is headquartered in Los Angeles, founded by Staci Levine. Through this successful expansion, our mission of spreading love and kindness can reach more people in more communities, with the power to create profound ripples of positivity.

It begins with simple acts of kindness and compassion that resonate deeply in smaller, interconnected environments and serve as beacons of hope and inspiration for the world; reminding us all of the enduring power of empathy and goodwill. Thank you for being here.

Our Greater Phoenix branch was founded in 2023, so glad you’re here!

‘If ever there comes a time when women of the world come together purely and simply for the benefit of mankind, it will be a force such as the world has never known.

Branch Partner, Karen Clark

Hi, I’m Karen.

I am a fun loving yogi, teacher, mom, daughter, sister, and friend.

I am a Canadian/American dual citizen, have been married and divorced twice, and have a 28 year old son. I have 8 tattoos, am a Capricorn sun, Cancer rising and Scorpio moon astrologically. I love most music (especially country), football, a nice red Cabernet or sharing a delightful bottle of bubbles with friends or my boyfriend.

I moved to the USA in 2000 and spent three years in southern New Hampshire before moving to sunny Orange County, California. After 18 years in the OC, in 2021, I arrived in the magical desert of Scottsdale/Phoenix and published my first book, “Soul Fire: a guide for getting to know yourself and living your happiest life”.

In my 40’s I was far from feeling fulfilled, purposeful or spiritual. I was living one of the hardest times of my life. I started going to yoga for the peace it gave me mentally and physically and 10 years ago I left my career in interior design to become a teacher of yoga, meditation and fitness. I also work with Reiki and tuning forks for energy healing.

Around my 50th birthday I began questioning myself - What was I here to do, on a soul level? What is my mission, my purpose? Why did people think my parenting or my life or my marriage was perfect? Was I happy? How much did I really know about myself, outside of my role as mother and wife? Who was I really?

For every woman who feels that little nudging sensation inside of her that wants to be awakened, I am here to be your friend and guiding angel as you go down this courageous path of self-discovery and igniting your soul fire.
